How We Work

Bespoke, handmade kitchens and furniture designed, crafted and fitted by Dreamscape Kitchens.

Dreamscape provides a professional and personable service in the design and build of bespoke kitchens and furniture.

We work closely with clients and provide a high level of service throughout the planning, design, build and installation of their individual kitchens and items of furniture. We take a step-by-step approach to our work, which allows us to manage every stage of a project, from concept to completion.

  1. Concept - We discuss your ideas, requirements, likes and dislikes, and view the quality of our work at our showroom.
  2. Home Visit - We visit your home to determine dimensions and special features.
  3. Design - We produce a design, plans and elevations for your approval, further discussions take place with regards any additional ideas.
  4. Build - Our craftsmen build your bespoke kitchen/furniture.
  5. Installation - Your kitchen/furniture and any appliances are installed.
  6. After Care - Your completed project is checked and guaranteed.

Nick will invite you to the showroom/workshop to talk through your existing ideas, give suggestions in addition to your ideas. From this he will give you an estimation of cost. Our prices start from £15,000 for a framed kitchen, including fitting, colour consultation and finish.

The next step is a design consultation with Nick, where you will go into the fine detail of a design, including layout, hardware, material and colour choices. Appliances and worktops. We can also supply most brand named appliances. Nick will guide you on all decisions, and together you create a design that is perfect for you. After the consultation you will receive an updated detailed plan, full elevations of all cabinetry and a quote.

The initial consultation at the workshop is free. Any further plans/drawings will incur a maximum charge of £300, which will be reimbursed upon signing the contract. This design is not necessarily final; if you want to make changes you are free to do so, this is where we work together to get the result exactly right.

We're proud to say that at least 90% of our customers who have gone to the design consultation stage with Nick, have then commissioned their kitchen with us. Most kitchens will take five weeks to build, and two to three weeks to paint and install.
